Join us at our Monthly Meetings!
All breastfeeding parents and parents-to-be that are interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. You don't have to be a member to attend - please feel free to drop in and stay as long as you like. Babies and young children are always welcome at meetings!
Our monthly series meetings are open, interactive discussions which cover various breastfeeding-related topics including the advantages of breastfeeding, common difficulties, family dynamics, working and pumping, and nutrition and weaning. At every meeting there are opportunities for you to ask questions and bring up topics that you would like to know more about, and all attendees have a chance to share their thoughts and experiences for the benefit and support of the whole group.

Virtual Meeting Information
La Leche League of Ferndale-Royal Oak is currently holding virtual meetings over the Zoom platform. We understand the importance of the in-person dynamic and connection, and we hope to add in-person meetings back to our schedule in the near future. In the meantime, we hope you join us over Zoom to talk with other nursing parents and ask your nursing- and parenting-related questions. See below for more information on how to join us. As always, all nursing parents, parents-to-be, babies and children are welcome.
Our virtual meetings take place on Zoom the first Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am and the third Thursday of each month at 8:30 pm. See below for our full 2023 meeting schedule.
